"where is it at?"

Sorry but if you need to ask this, you should not be working on your own truck. Have a shop look at it. But if you must..... It's the big square piece with a bih round hole in it that your intake hose in connected to, at the front of the engine. Not the side where the airbox is. Cleaning is not hard. Open the TB by pushing down on the linkage to open it up. Then take some carb/TB cleaner & spray some in there. A more complete job would be to unbolt the TB from the engine, & clean it that way.

If you have a coated throttle body you should only wipe it out , most cleaners will eat the coating off. If it is coated it will have a yellow sticker on it stating this , visible when you remove the air intake hose. My 1994 is a coated unit , not sure about 92.

STP puts out a product that is made for cleaning throttle bodys called STP Throttle Body & Air Intake Cleaner. I have used it on 3 different veh. including my X with no problems. Directions on the can...
Don't worry, it's not "rocket surgery".
I too had to ask where the throttle body was at one time in my life. That is the only way to learn.
Keep up the questions and you'll be the one answering them one day. Nicely, I hope.
