How to put amps behind the cargo net?

Ok i want to put my amp where the cargo net is, but how exactly do i get it off without damageing it? Also i need help in removing the natorious door panels. Thanx!!!

ok... here goes. take off the long plastic piece on the bottom near the bumper. unscrew all the screws. take off the two screws on the side off. pull up some of the rug away from the plastic panels. this will reveal a screw near the cargo net, a screw near the weel well, and a screw near the back seats. take those off. next step is to take off the seatbelt. pop off the little plastic thing. use a hex bit to take off the torx bolt. then take off the screw in the middle of the hanger holder over the rear door. lastly take off all the little round things holding the panel on. you may break some, but dont worry about it. you can always buy more. the little ones are especially easy to break.

I think this is what you're looking for. Go here and towards the bottom of the page is instructions to take off that panel, and there is pictures.
