Hi-
I have a non-OEM keless FOB for my 1999 XLT. FCC ID is H50603. One of those dongles with two buttons only, one big round, one small sliver. Anywho, this worked fine and then the battery died. Replaced, and now it no work-y. I read all the posts and looked in the owner manual - when I go from off to on, sometimes the locks start cycling as early as 4 turns. But regardless if I go the full 8 as in the manual, or just the four, I then leave the key in the on position - push a button on my FOB (have done just once, and 4 times), and then go to off. It still doesn't work. Any ideas?...
Also, a note, the locks actually never cycle (don't see the lock go up and down) but I hear the actuator like it is cycling.
Everything on the car works, and there is no aftermarket stuff.
