Hi all,
I recently recieved a 96 Explorer - Limited on a barter deal. It has about 169,000 miles and great body. The original owner took it to be inspected, when it failed he decided he didn't want to put any more $ into it. So I got the truck in exchange for my services
I've done most of the repair, but have a problem w/intermittent wipers and driver side low beam head light will not burn. I have not found a fix for these problems yet but with the help of this forum and its great contributers I'm at least on to a few more leads that I would have never known about.
After pulling out my few remaining hairs, I now have a lead on my headlight issue ... thanks to the contributers here. Will be checking the LOM tomorrow.
As for the intermittent wiper problem ... hopefully it will be a relay as the previous owner had already replaced the wiper motor AND the multifunction switch at the request of his mechanic.
Any other suggestions .... I'm all "eers"!
Thanks for a great site and all that make it what it is!
