Hi im josh and im new here i have a 94 xlt 4 door im getting ready to put a five inch lift off of a ranger onto i am using the axles and all parts from the ranger if anyone has had any problems with this lift or attempted it please let me know, i also intend on swapping in a 98 5.0 gt40 engine and trans, has anyone tried this yet either??

yea man there have been a few 5.0 swaps here on EF. My friend Ford_Nova on here is actually in the process as we speak. Oh and just fyi if the 5.0 is 98 then its a GT-40P engine; slightly better heads than the GT-40 of 96 and 97 ^_^
