The only difference is the axle pivot bushings, they are different from 2wd to 4wd. If you buy the 4wd master kit, and plan to replace the pivot bushings, you will also have to buy the 2wd pivot bushings.
I have the kit and have installed everything except the pivot bushings and rear shackle to frame bushings, mine were ok, and its a bit of work to do. Its a great kit and really improves the ride quality, but if you are after soft ride, then maybe you would want rubber instead. The most noticable difference is in the rear spring eyelet bushings, the factory ones are pretty thin and mushy, the replacement are thicker and are a lot firmer.
