I have a few questions about ball joints/sway bar

Hey guys I've been hearing a poping noise in my front end. I got under the truck and had a friend rock it back and forth, well the sound came from the sway bar end links. They look real nice but I can grab them and spin them. Are they to lose? Also how much grease do I put in my ball joints? I pumped them till I seen the boot expand. Is that good enough? I noticed I have MOOG ball joints and tie rods so I was happy about that.

If I remember correctly the swaybar end links should be tight but not to the points of crushing the rubber bushings, tomorrow I can check my manual but I think they are supposed to be tightened to around 27lbs of torque.

I tighten them and it was not making noise then I took it out on the trail and it's back. I might just need to replace the end links all together.
