I have a 95 explorer 4.0L vin code x and am having some issues, when it is hot it has a rough idle like it is loaded up that last for about 30 to 40 seconds and then clears up and it is fine,I have replaced plugs,wires,air filter,temp sensor in the intake tube,both temp sensors in the intake manifold, thermostat,mass air meter,pdfe box,iac motor,all of the parts are new and I still have the same symptoms,then today it started to shift funny,first to second will shift if you are on the gas easy but not if you accelerate hard,all other gears are fine,od works good but the od light is flashing. I could not get it anywhere to get it scanned yet with my work schedule but I am wondering does anyone think it is the computer?Any suggestions would be great,I have had it at enough garages that keep taking my money and I still have the same problems with no answers! help! thanks,Tim
