Engine keeps bogging down and and also shuts off ---
From the front looking into the engine on the right side towards the firewall near the brake fluid dispenser is a container type piece that has several small hoses conneted to it and a couple running away from it and what appears to be a line to the to where the throttle is - on the top part of the back of the container there is a hose that goes in that makes a noisy suction sound that wasn't there days ago -- If I disconnect the hose there is plenty of suction but connecting it back it sounds like it is trying to suck hard but just grabbing air but not doing anything ---
Can someone tell me what this container is and what it is used for - What could be the problem and if there a solution

Thanks

The container would be your brake booster unit the line is a vaccum line (much needed I might add) that has a hole in it replace the hose.
