I've noticed an annoying squealing sound in my 93 X that goes away when I go above 35 MPH OR if I touch the brakes, has anyone else noticed this?

Sounds like your brake pads are worn and you're hearing the wear sensors. Time to replace the brakes.

new brakes... if not could just have deposits clean em

or if they are new pads but the rotors wern't turned at the same time, might take a few miles for the pads to seat properly.

the brakes were just replaced in February

I should have mentioned that the brakes were done in February, I just bought the vehicle but have the receipt for the work done. The brakes work very well, they don't seem to be worn.

Some brakes squeal from not having anti-squeal applied between the metal baking plate and the caliper - or some vehicles have anti-squeal plates that might not have been installed properly. Either way, doesn't sound dangerous. I'd just live with it.

Check out the front radius arm bushings. I had the same exact problem and thought it was my brakes too.
