I need help with the rear differential on my 2002 Ford Explorer.

I have a 2002 Ford Explorer. I cannot get the stub shafts out of the rear carrier assembly. It's a 2WD..I have already removed the axle pin and spring lock. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
