I replaced my stock radio with aftermarket radio and now my lights don't work

So I replace the stock 6 disc changer in my 2002 Explorer with an aftermarket Kenwood and now my dash lights and parking lights don't work. Headlights, brake lights and blinkers all work. All the lights work if I leave the switch on automatic. What did I do? Bad switch? Need help. Does the stock radio have anything going to do with the lights? I have done plenty of radio installations and this is the first time that this has ever happened to me. Any input would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance

Did you blow a fuse perhaps?

Did you cut into the OE harness or use a Metra harness adapter?
