IAC Valve interchange years

Hi All
I need to change the IAC on my 93 Ex, a brand new one from Ford will cost me about 100 bucks. My local scrap yard has some but no 93's what years can I interchange with for the 93?

IMO, buy a new one, is a wear part as you have a steel piston type device in an aluminum cylinder
