My dealer got in a 94 explorer xlt 4dr 4x4 on consignment. It has 36,325 original miles, garage kept, one owner, and its in showroom condition.

I'm not trying to advertise, or make money because I'm salaried and will make no money off this sale, I simply would love to see this great Ex go to someone in the EF Family. If I had the money I would've picked it up the second it rolled on the lot. It drives likes new.

They're asking $3999 but i'm sure you can get it less if you use the Best Offer option.

If you have any questions just call (516) 755-2277 and ask for MJ (Me). We can arrange shipping for anywhere in the US (you gotta pay for it though).

Every time I see one of these threads it always seems to be on the opposite side of the country from me... but this one is actually close by!

Even still it's a northeast truck that's absolutely covered in rust on the undercarriage bits. It's probably just surface rust, but it's still more than you'll ever see on most west coast trucks in their entire lives.

Up in the northeast part of the U.S. this truck is mint underneath compared to what usually is under a 16 year old truck.

I was actually going to congratulate the dealer for posting photos of the rust thru trouble spots. (IE: rockers @ door openings and the "doglegs at the rear door/quarter panel)
Looks like a real nice ride.

My 98 and 93 have 10x the rust that truck does.

Also, I took the pictures. And I purposely took those photos at those angles because I'm an Explorer guy.

I just noticed there's a white Mountaineer in the background of a few of the pictures... yours perhaps?

Very cool... And yeah- kudos on the pics. Everyone hides the rockers!!!

I would ask them- what happened to the driver side headlight bezel, was the truck hit? why was it replaced? (It's crooked too) Sorry- I'm just OCD... :D

Yep, that's mine.

The carfax and autocheck come up clean and there's no other collision damage/repair in the area. I'm assuming since it was 1) garage kept and 2) owned by old people, that they hit it with something in the garage like a snow blower/lawn mower etc and may have cracked the original lens, and then either did a weak DIY replacement, or whoever did it was drunk.
