I believe these vehicles have a Powertrain Control Module (PCM) as opposed to an ICM. This is taken from my Haynes Manual:
The PCM is located at the right end of the firewall. On 2002-2005 models, it's in the passenger compartment, with the connectors protruding through the firewall and accessed in the engine compartment.
Since there really is no separate "black box" which performs ignition functions, one might think of "ignition control module" as being the ignition coil "pack", which now does, more or less, the duty of the old and eliminated distributor. imp
Before jumping all over the PCM I would start with the simple things like the coil pack. They tend to fail when warm and then work again when cool until they warm up. Generally the PCM is the last thing I suspect until I have ruled out all other possibilities.
