I'm looking to fix up my '04 V6 Explorer.

I have a crack in the panel under my back glass and i read up on it only to find out that it is a ford defect that they won't do anything about. Any ideas on where to find a cheap replacement part? Also I want to get some kind of body lift or spring spacers to raise it up and also wat size tires do you guys think would look good? any other ideas that yall have would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site. If it's the trim piece the cheapest way would be to look on Craigslist or check out the junkyard for one.

It states in it how much it costs for a new panel and a link to a utube video which shows how to replace it, as well as types of adhesives to use.

same issue here. minus the cracked trim. they don't make a lift for us unfortunately, the only way we can is through custom jobs... its a PITA for sure.
