Im new and I have some questions (tires and sway bars)

well I've finally decided that I want to do things to my explorer. Its a 98 xlt. I've decided that I want to get sway bars.
How much of a difference woud it make?
Would you be able to tell a difference quite well?

And for tires, I dont have a lift or anything but I was wondering what the biggest tire size I could get with the stock rim.

You have factory sway bars. Did you mean upgraded sway bars?

As for tires, it depends, but usually a 31"

Yeah sorry dude, Im new at this and I dont know much about this stuff. Trying to learn though. But yeah upgraded sway bars is what I meant. I've been looking up on it and magazines. Just trying to decided if it would help me out a lot more.
