2001 Ford Sporttrac
Hello all,
This is my first post.
Just getting started messing with my 2001 sporttrac 4x4 after owning it for 11 years. I just recently found your site and have been reading up. Forgive me if I don't know how to navigate it very well but I will learn. This has probally been asked a lot but my first mission is to get new wheels and tires as the 15" steel ones are rusting out on me. I was going to get 15x8 Fuel Anza D558 wheels. Would these work properly in stock totally unlifted truck? Would these rims and 31x10.5x15 tires work and not rub. I really don't understand offset and other things, I just went to the fuel offroad site and looked at the specs. Could you guys please help me? Thank you

Welcome to the site.

Only certain 15" wheels will clear the brake calipers and tie rod ends. I'm not sure if those wheels will clear. When I ran 15's I had 15x8 Cragar Soft 8's with 4" backspacing and they just barely cleared. That tire size will fit on a stock ST with minimal rubbing on the front bottom corner of the front bumper cover and the bottom inside lip of the cladding just behind the front tires (very easy to trim and nobody will even notice).

I have the ATX Ledge in a 15x8 with the same backspacing and they fit and clear everything.

The only way to know for sure if those wheels will fit is to test fit atleast one on the front and back before you buy them.

you guys are awsome:D
