I'm Pissed!!!! Need to vent!!!!

I was out with one of my friends once and hes got a 98 trans am. We stopped to get the oil changed and while we are inside, looking through the window watching the guys work, in comes his car. We watch them change the oil and then when the guy drove it out he proceded to light up the tires in the shop. Now, its a standard but this wasnt just a little chirp from not being used to the clutch, there was rubber left on the concrete. Right wnhen he did it my friend screamed "WHAT THE $@#%!!" They gave him free oil changes for the rest of the time he owns that car.

And Ford... My dealership is brand new and they have a drive in service area. You drive your car right into the building and leave it and then a guy drives it out and parks it till its time to go in the shop. The guy that drives it out is old and the first time I saw him I thought, Oh man, I really dont want him to drive my truck. Well, I get in when I picked it up to find my seat in a totally different position... I swear the guy messed with every button and lever on my seat. The rearview and both side view mirrors were changed along with the tilt wheel. Presets on my radio were messed up and my equlizer was messed with. I had it in there to have them check the blend door so they didnt have to take it for a test drive. The next time I brought it in, I drove in and the guy comes over and I said "Don't lay a finger on my car, I'll park it myself." When I picked it up, everything was just as I left it.
