in-dash CD

[95XLT]

I have a '95 xlt with a cd-changer in the console. I have looked and looked on ebay etc. and have been unable to find a in-dash cd player. gets kinda annoying having to pull over to change one cd in the changer. Is there anything other then aftermarket that will work? I want the factory look with an in-dash cd player and controls for the changer, too much to ask for?

i put a 98+ radio into our 97 explorer. i dont know how close the radios and stuff are on a 95 and a 97 but here is a link.

I think the 95-97 are the same. Will the cd changer still work or did ford change that plug too?

i have a ford factory 6 disc in dash changer for sale from an '02 escape. It comes with all th wiring stuff you'd need to hook it up.

I'd like $275 for it since its a fairly rare item up for sale and it has the changer built in like it does. Its only been used for about a year.

Why not just get a factory center console CD changer and buy extra magazines for it.. I run 2 or 3 magazines of my favorite CDs.. I just simply swap them out of the center console while driving..
