I got some Warn manual locking hubs today from 4WheelParts. It came with the two hubs themselves, and then a couple smaller parts in two bags, the invoice says "KIT SPINDLE LOCKNUT". Is this all I need? I saw a manual hub conversion kit on their site, do I need that also? This didn't come with any instructions, is it a straightforward installation? I'd appreciate it if someone could give me an idea of what I have to do, I'd like to get these on tonight along with my new Rancho RS5000's :)

Well I just talked to a guy at 4WheelParts and that part was a cross referenced part for the Warn conversion kit that they didn't have in stock... looks like I'll be doing the swap to manual hubs today after I get home from class! Woohoo!!

Is there any recommended "break in" period for the hubs, or should I just take it easy the first time wheeling with them? I am planning to go ride a couple trails on Thursday to test out the hubs and the new shocks, don't wanna break anything...

No break in is needed. If you had auto's then you will need the conversion kit.

Thanks, I just finished installing them, now it's off to test them out!! :)
