Intake Manifold replaced loud pop while driving now leaking coolant

Hi, I have a 2004 Explorer 4.6L, I just replaced the intake manifold and took the car for a test drive, pulled out onto the main road and heard a loud pop... pulled over and its leaking antifreeze. anyone experience this, or have any suggestions?

Similar thing happened to me. I have pinched a hose while resecurring the hose clamp. Different motors but check hoses first.

Mine just had a small tear but enough to leak a significant amount of coolant.

you should be able to spot where the coolant is coming from and go from there. Always look above where you see fluid first and coolant can spray out of a pinhole

Dorman replacement intake? Check the rubber bypass cap.

I was going to add this to another post, but there were multiple. I've added a few posts below as reference where you can find this discussed and the fixes others implemented. (I'm sure there are more which I've not included.) This needs to be done on both the 615-175 and 615-775 Dorman...
