Unfortunately, I have the 96 OHV that the MAC won't fit. 
I'd rather have the entire assembly but didn't know the options at the time, and just got the filter. Nice, throaty and some performance gain but I'm not sure about the seal on that rubber "arm" and could be losing some performance.
I hate to drop $$ for another filter just to get the chrome arm, but that's something I'll have to decide I guess.
I think I saw something that would work for me at AA but it was ~$159 or so.
Has anyone done anything "after" getting the filter or are you dealing with that rather ugly rubber arm?
