Interior Question

Bought another '96 Ex for parts, runs but has a bad transmission. It has a very good interior, now for my question. The driver's seat in my DD Ex is in bad but fair shape and I'm gonna do some swapping. Can the passenger seat (great condition) in the parts Ex be taken off it's right side base (the seat itself, not the base it sits on that the controls are mounted on) and mounted to the left side base?

I think I found the answer. Only wanted to swap the seating part not the seat back.

Swapped out the bottom half of the seats. Not a very hard job at all. Had to disconnect several vacuum hoses, a couple of electrical connections, remove the track and make a hole in one side of the leather. Did the swap in a less than a couple of hours. The only thing you may notice is Ford has a cloth patch on the inside of the seats that will be on the outside now
