ok, i've been having a problem with damn squeeking and chirping every time i hit a crack or god forbid something bigger. i'm guessing it's the paneling, so i plan on fatmatting and insulating all the panels or whatever it takes to stop the squeeking and chirping. my question is, what if it's not the panels? can it be the rivets in the actual structure of the body that are shifting when a bump is hit? i guess i can find out by taking all the paneling off and then going for a drive and see if it squeeks right? what if it does? can the body be tightened up? i know this might sound crazy but i can't take the damn squeeking anymore, i go over a bump and i swear it sounds like my X is falling apart theres so much chirping and noise.
