It appears you are correct. 32F sounded wrong to me, so I Goggled it and the site I looked at said CA was measured at 25C which converts to 77F, but I looked it up again and a different site said 32F.
My understanding is that high CCA batteries are better/more powerful in the cold, but that they tend not to last as long as a lower CCA battery because there are more plates, which are closer together to fit in the same size case.
