Is some sort of reset needed?

I tried diagnosing a non-heat issue, only to find broken components. Just so happened to have the plastic connections, from the actuators to the blend doors broke. So, after removing the center console, most all of the dash and passenger airbag I realized this is not easy to replace and will have to live with it. Now that everything is put back on, with exceptional to the passenger airbag, the car will not crank and only the airbag light comes on the instrument panel. Do I need to reset the pats system or reinstall the airbag our something to return the car to normal?

I don't know but it does make sense that the missing airbag is likely the cause.
