Is there anyway to convert our H13/9008 bulbs into a diffrent bulb?

The problem is that the H13 bulbs are a single bulb-dual filament design. So high and low beams come from the same bulb. I want to put HID's into my truck but can not find a bi-xenon (high/low) kit that are H13/9008. Conversly, does anyone know a japanese importer of auto parts??

I will be replacing with Silverstars this weekend.

Certainly an improvement going with the Silverstars, cleaner/whiter light.

Certainly HID's would be great, but please for now with this change.
