Is there easy ways to gain horsepower

Hey, i wana add alittle more power to my 03 sport trac. I did the basic like put a K&N cold air intake and took the standard 2 3/4 exaust pipe and made it 3 in. is there anything else??? I dont care what it cost just as long as i can see performance..:exp:

I would look into a "X-charger" super charger. It will add about 100+ HP to the rear wheels. They do not come cheap; you are looking at 4K+. The easy and cheap way is add a 100 shot of nitrous. If I am not mistaken you can go up to a 100 shot without changing the tune, but that is as high as you can go. If you go over the 100 shot you can face detonation with out a tune change.

Not to mention, a 100hp shot is probably pushing the reliable limit of the stock internals.
