They should work. They're pre-wired, so I assume that means they will have a resistor as well, to suit a 12V power source.

buy these and run wire from the blinker to them and insert them under the mirror where the accessory light is. or will there be problems. i just want to wire them from the blinker to the mirror, no integrating into the accessory light at all.. what u think?

that idea should work out just fine if u tap into the write wire... one difficulty may be running it all the way thru the door and into the mirror but i guess thats another story... if done rite, i think that will work though... if u do it be sure to post pics cuz it looks interesting... good luck:thumbsup:

is it just pick and hope for the best for the right wire?

is it just pick and hope for the best for the right wire?

well the way i would do it to assure that im getting the rite wire would be to splice it from rite behind the housing where the parking lights are... make sure u get the blinker wire and not the regular positive wire or they will stay on all the time... running them from there, to ur firewall, and into the door mite be difficult though... i wish i had some ideas but im all out... good luck

Do you mean the right wire on the LED? Just hook it up to a small AA battery - it should light up a bit, and it will only light up when connected the correct way. The end that is on the positive end of the AA battery is the wire you want to tap into the power cirecuit - the other wire goes to neagtive/earth. I would be surprised if they're not clearly marked though already.

yea LEDs r pretty basic... the positive wire is longer than the ground wire on an LED, thats how u know which is which... im talking about the dual-filament incandescent turn-signal bulbs up front... the connector has 3 prongs to operate the different filaments... idk which one is which so thats y i was suggesting to make sure which one is which before moving along with the project
