issue with my 92 X

ok, so heres the deal i hit just over 200,000 miles on my X, and now my oil pressure gauge on my dash fluctuates when i idle, when im cranking over 4k RPMs it goes to normal then just under normal, but heres the kicker, when i idle for a few min. it shuts down. now im no mechanic or anything but its got me worried like no other, i have no money for a new engine or anything. are there any pointers? please im desperate, thanks

does it tick or click in the valve train? Any lower end bearing noises? if so it might be a stoppage in the oiling system, or a bearing in the cam or crank (both create oil pressure) .Hopefully it is just an oil pressure sender..

When the gauge on my B2 started acting up I put a pressure tester on it and it was fine (90PSI) so I replaced the OP sender ($10) and prob solved.
