Since the emails I've sent and phone call went unanswered, I figured I would post this in case anyone was considering buying from Ford Transmission Part & Solenoid in Florida. *This company has a very similar address to these guys: http://www.800700tran.com/ so it's entirely possible it's the same business.*
Bought a green-band EPC solenoid (http://www.fordtransmissions.net/prod.itml/icOid/154) for an admittedly too-good-to-be-true price, especially since it's being advertised as brand new and coming with a 5yr. warranty. I have no reason to believe it's not new, but the part didn't arrive in Ford packaging, like was advertised, and didn't have any paperwork alluding to the warranty or otherwise. This is now looking to me like I possibly bought a cleaned, used solenoid. Not a big deal since it was relatively cheap, but of course I can't confirm this since these guys won't return my phone call or email now that they've got my money
And charging me over $18 to ship this small part via FedEx Ground (the only service offered at checkout) and sending it for less than $5 via Priority Mail was also a really classy move.
First and last time buying from these clowns.
