Finally got a chance to tear the front end on my rig apart to find out what was wrong with it. Front inner bearing gave in and that's what was making all that noise. I'm installing new bearings there and racers on the rotor but I'm kind of unsure if I should replace the spindle as well. I mean it was inner bearing that went bad and that could of screwed up the spindle somehow.

Am I paranoid or am I right?

I got new brake calipers as well so this goes on anyway.

Should I or .......??

Thanks,

If the spindle is scored badly or has burr's on it, replace it. And be cautioned, they're expensive. Go to a wrecker, they should charge less than $100.

Spindle is fine and thanks God for that. New one would put me back $200.00. I got all the parts in, will start working on my truck first thing after work tomorrow. Got to get it ready for Attica.

Thanks,

Andre,

Glad you found it, and it was a relatively cheap / easy fix!
