I finally found me a 79 bronco for my solid axle swap. My problem is this......
It is lifted! Huge radius arms and massive coils. I only paid $500 bucks for it. I'm not to sure if this will cause some screw ups on the swap. What do you guys think? If it won't work I'll just fix up the Bronco and wheel the piss out of it. Thanks for the replys in advance!!!!!

put the lift on yours......

how much lift is it?

is the radius arm mounts at the transmission crossmember mount? if so, the radius aren't extended. Does it have an adjustable trackbar?

They are extended arms. The guy told me that.I'm not sure about the trackbar. This thing is big its sittin on 39" boggers. It dwarfs my X. I totaly ripped off the guy I bought it from. He was in a real need to sell it so I offered him $500 for it(i was just messin around) and he said "ok" heres the keys.

39" boggers? Wow.

It's probably got a 6" lift, and a body lift too.

Don't touch it, either wheel it as is, or sell it and keep looking.. You'll make more money that way! :)

heck tom is right........new 39 in boggers cost @ least $1000....

Wheel the crap out of that thing! With those tires it must be awesome. Drop another couple hundred in it to lock it up if it is not already and you will have a bad ass rig for the hardcore stuff and your Explorer for the moderate to hardcore stuff.

So your saying not even try it. I figured with the extended arms I could get tons of wheel travel with them. OOOOOHHHHH well better luck next time.

This is a trail rig down to the drivelines. I tell people what this thing has on it and they don't beleive me. They don't see whats underneath it. Tranny is going out(auto C-6) and the motor(a 400) needs rebuilt and tuned real bad. A little work and I might lower it a little bit and use it for a tow rig for my X. Thanks guys!!!!!
