JBL factory door speakers, can't connect????

wtf...all these years in all our trucks I've run the 3 way 6X8 Pioneers, had an extra set laying around from a truck sold last year. Went to install them but the JBL door speakers have some weird connector I've never seen, all the other trucks the speakers connected right up and bolted in. This connector won't match, this sucks, the doors this time were a beotch to try to get off now I'm sitting going crap????

How the heck do I get around this?

Go look for a wiring adapter, or cut the wires and wire directly to the speaker

Well called Ciruit City and couple audio places, none have connectors, they said they just wire (as in wrap the wire around the terminals)....sounds ghetto to me. What idiot at Ford gave this system weird connectors? Something about it just being wired to the terminal without soldering, feel like it won't be as clear. These speakers are supposed to be bolt right in, ordered them from Crutchfield.

Acutally not sure if its factory jbl, whatever factory system has the sub in the back on 00' is what I have.
