I'm making a run with Starsailor to Joshua Tree NP. I will be originating in Riverside, Starsailor lives in Palm Springs, and we will be meeting bright and early at the Cottonwood park entrance just off of I-10 at 9 a.m. We will check out the Old Dale Mine district, run on some mild to moderate trails, and play with the GPS and laptop computer to locate and check out the mines in the area.
