2014 Explorer Limited FWD
I went to test drive one but ended up buying it. It has more options than i wanted but they priced it just right to reel me in.

It has 302A plus these extras
2nd row bucket seats
console
dual panel moon roof
adaptive cruise control
polished aluminum wheels
Active Park Assist (I thought this was an extra option but it looks like they added it to 302A package)
The sticker is $48,610 - $860 savings = $47,750

I got it for 40K even plus tax tags processing etc that came out to 4k. So 44k out the door.

I checked on true car and it looks like i paid around 2K below the target price for my area. What do you guys think? how did i do?

Good deal. I got a 2014 302apkg with all bells and whistle adaptive c/c park assist, blind spot, inlane assist dual m/r 20"wheel polished, rear heated seats, for 46.500 usd. with all fees included. no trade in just returned my 2011 explorer end of lease. I also had mine ordered, to my specs....!

Good price on the ex. It depends on if you traded anything in and what they gave you for it to know if you got a good deal.

Sounds like you did a little better than I did mr_z06. How many miles did the Ex have on it when you bought it? Also, what color did you get? I had mine ordered to my exact specs & it had 3 mi. on the odometer when I bought it a few days ago.

In any case, I can tell you that you got an outstanding deal.

It had 36 miles and it is Silver with 20" with black perforated interior and all the options i wanted and some i could have been ok without :)

I paid $38,500 for my limited 301A and BLIS. Before taxes etc.

Like I said, you got an outstanding deal on your Ex. I wonder if your dealer was somehow more incentivized than other dealers to sell Explorers. What area/city do you live near? Maybe the location has something to do with it. You may just be a good negotiator!:D
