k&m filter on 91xlt

Ok i've searched and searched but cant seen to figure out which k&m filter I need for my 91XLT.

Also if you have a pic of the install I would be very appreciative.

are u talking bout a KKM or a K&N.........
well i have a picture of the the kkm just let me know

and the kkm replaces the whole air box and if u get a drop in k & n it jsut replaces the filter not the box....

If you go with the K&N, you will have to purchase/make an adapter. I f you choose the KKM, the adapter comes with it and it's a lot cheaper. The K&N is emissions approved where as the KKM is not. I am going with the KKM since it comes with everything for less.

So if the kkm is not emissions "legal"...what do you do when its time to get your truck inspected? swap it for the stock filter before going for emissions testing?

Also...what kkm filter/kit number am I looking for?

Where I live, there is no emissions testing yet. When it does come, I will leave it on and see what happens. I ordered teh "tru-rev induction kit" TR-054094. It was $90.
