Keyless entry explorer 2003

All of a sudden my keyless entry has stopped working. When I click on the remote entry transmitter, nothing happens. If I try to use the keypad, nothing happens. I tried changing the battery in the remote entry transmitter, but I still had the same problem. Is there a fuse for the remote entry system. In the manual, it does not list a fuse under the fuse diagram. My power door locks work from inside the car. Help will be greatly appreciated>

Maybe try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 20-30 minutes to reset the system?

Sounds like vehicle security module maybe bad.
