Keyless entry operation

I just got a 2008 e150 Work van with keyless entry and I really like the way it works compared to my 1997 Mountaineer. I am wondering if any modifications can me made to the mounty . When Locking my van I get a flash of the parking lights on first button push or if I lock manualy after I shut door , and if I hit buttom again then I get the horn beep. Is there a way to do that on the mounty? The first button push on mounty locks doors the second beeps horn and flashes light. So any ideas?

my lights flash and my horn sounds when i hit the button, i would say just change your alarm system. you have to read and it will give you details to what the alarm does when it is activated and deactivated. Try viper, kinda pricey but they'll prob have what you want

If it's factory there's probably not many changeable options, someone here would know for sure if there is but it's doubtful. As suggested you can go aftermarket, depending on how badly you want it to work that way. I suggest Code Alarm.
