KKM filter cleaning

I know to clean the KKM filters i just oil them, but do i need to use the KKM oil or can i use the K&N or other open air filter oil that i can find localy? THnx

you can use k&n stuff; i used k&n stuff to clean my kkm last week. its the same stuff.
