kkm intake

ok, ive heard that you can drill holes in the bottom of the stockintake box and it will increase the airflow the engine. however, will this have just as good of an effect as the kkm intake kit?

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Yes, some people drill holes in their intake and it does make a difference. If you search on this topic there's plenty of information out there on both of them.

I seriously doubt that the air flow would be thew same from a drilled airbox as from a KKM or K & N cone filter.

PLus they look so much better as well as sound better.
