KKM Tru-Rev vs. K&N FIPK

Besides brandname & price, are there any significant differences between the two? I've seen that several in this forum use the Tru-Rev, and it's considerably cheaper. Out of curiousity, does the K&N cone filter fit on the KKM adapter?
