Old box, new sub. As always, gimme a little nice weather for a weekend or two and the back will look a LOT better than that.

If anyone knows of a 1-channel MTX amp with that footprint, I'd love to hear it. It's all about symmetry.

no, but any 2-channel mtx amp can be run as a 2 ohm mono amplifier. I've done it many times in the past. They are far better amps than people give them credit for.

hey howcome ur kicker doesnt look like mine? mine is the comp VR 15" but its like olive colored on the cone with black in the middle and the kicker logo has yellow in it

i want 2 of those grills though!!!!! lol

Mine's an older model. The grille makes it. It's metal-flake green right now - it'll probably end up metal flake blue once my "real" install is done (amp rack, neons, etc).

As far as MTX - 2ch is fine, just can't seem to find the same basic look as the one I have now.
