Late-build '23--can't get rid of KM in speedo display

2023 Explorer ST in RED!
Believe me, I've Searched here and in the manual, and even with the Display options set to MPH and MPG, the instrument panel (in all driving modes) still displays the speed in large-type KPH and small-type MPH and fuel mileage, too, in both.. Anyone know how to get those to MPH and MPG?
 






Sounds like you did all right things with the settings. Time for the dealer to have a look. Since it's a 23, guessing it did not get imported from Canada?
