Ive been having this problem for a while, and it finally got me pissed off enough to bring it up here. My front drivers side speaker works only when it is very hot. It happened when i had the stock HU (base 4 speaker system with cassette), and afterwards when I put in my alpine cda-7894. I've been told by my buddy at tweeter that this is usually the opposite of what normally happens, but he had no idea what it was and i would need to schedule an appt to have it looked at. I ended up getting a stealth box with a 10' jl audio for a good price (used) with an amp, and i made an appointment to have that installed and have the speaker checked out. The amp that the guy sold me ended up being bad(they test allused equipment at tweeter before they install it, the sub sounds great), and i didnt have the money for a new one, so i skipped the install and their diagnostics, but now i still dont know whats wrong with my speaker. i have a feeling its wiring, but im not sure. Btw, the speaker sounds great(for a stocker, at least) when its working which isnt very often.
What do you guys think?

Just take off the panel and have a look. Its just 2 screws and some force and it comes off. It couls be just trhe pluge is coming out or a wire got stuck in the window motor.
