Lift kit handling

Just wondering if anybody has done a 3 inch lift and noticed any major changes in handling or vibration. Im new to explorers coming from Jeep. Curious about deathwobble, alignment issues, tire wear, and overall highway handling. I have a 2017 interceptor awd with the 3.5 tt
