morning everyone;
I have a problem I haven't seen covered here. I have a 96 XLT with the factory in-dash am/fm/cassstte in dash and 6 disc changer in center console. No premium setup. My display works on the radio, but none of the "lights" on the radio work. So at night I have to use Braille to see what buttons to push. I did finally get the unit removed to check, and it looks like some of the wires have been cut, spliced, etc. Anyone got a wiring diagram handy for these units so I can check the right circuits? Also, any other ideas what else (besides cut wires) could cause this problem?
Thanks, cool forum!
