Location fuel filter?

Where would I find the fuel filter on my 2000 4.0 OHV Sport? :exp:

Usually on/near the firewall from what I read in here (haven't changed mine yet, so don't know for sure)... Do a search, it has been discussed before in these forums. You'll need a special tool and knowledge on how to disconnect the filter or you'll screw things up, so a search is mandatory if you want to do it right. Good luck.

On my '96 OHV, if i remember correctly, its on the framerail just under the front seats or so

Correct. It's on the driver's side inside frame rail. Go to an auto parts store and get a set of fuel/AC disconnects for like $4 and it's easy to change.
