locking storage compartments!

i've had my b2 for 8 years and never knew this till just now! i'll probably never use them but its freaking amazing! the little storage areas by the back seat and cargo area, 3 total-- and they LOCK!!!!


unlocked, only turns clockwise w/ a key in it

locked, put the key in and turn it counter clockwise

I DIDN'T KNOW THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the BII forum! I have an 84 that has alot of cool stuff in/on it too. One of my favorite things is the fold away overhead map light.

Ahh, don't feel too left out. Mine is a bit of an odd ball. Even Ford says so. Just do yours like I do mine: show it some love when it needs it, or you are feeling like it, and then go out and beat on it like it owes you a full tank of gas at $5/gallon. Mine always comes back for more!

i don't beat on mine to much... lol. but it gets wheeled, mostly trails n slight rocks. not to much mud-- to much clean up.

its gotta stay pretty for the mall! lol j/k. its a DD/WW, i work out of it, drive it everywhere, hunt out of it, mud some, trails a lot, break the little 7.5 and d28 every now and then (why the 8.8 and d35 are being built!!!)... and keep it clean doing it!
